got what I needed
I bought this light to enhance a framed piece of art work and it does exactly that.
I wasn't sure the halogen light would be favorable so consider that when buying this.
It was very easy to install. Another point to consider is the size of that picture your wanting to light. Ours was 23" by 17" and it accommodates it nicely. Any larger may be a problem. Good price and esay install works for me.

Very nice but drains batteries fast. Otherwise it's just what I needed. I am happy with it.
Not too bright a purchase...
This looks nice and goes up easily. It just doesn't do the job it was designed for very well. The 'super-bright' LED's are not bright enough to illuminate a small, perhaps 14" by 24" woodblock print. It would likely do an 8x10 photo OK, but it's 14 inches wide itself. Overall quite disappointing.
Talk about a dim bulb!
Small, wireless and non-descript looking, this thing casts the ugliest dim light over your artwork, or I should say, a portion of your artwork. It won't cover much and it's an ugly color of light. If you love something enough to want to spotlight it, you should spend a few extra dollars and get a nice one. This isn't it.
Looks great BUT.....
This unit could fill a great need to light art work wirelessly, but, the light is not bright enough for anything but a small frame 11 X 14 or less.
It looks great and is easy to install, but the off / on switch is on the light, so you will need to always have access to it. (Don't mount it very high)
It will need to be taken down often to change the batteries since they will only last about 12 to 20 hours.
I have lots of images and art that I want lights for, but I would not purchase another one of these.
